Adrian joined AEGON UK as Group Business Development Director in 2009. He subsequently became Executive Director: Sales, Distribution & 
Development and then Chief Operating Officer, Life and Pensions before being appointed Chief Executive in 2011.

Amongst his positions before joining Aegon  he was Managing Director, SME Banking, HBOS and Chief Executive, Barclays Insurance.
