Complaint Management Seminar
The ABI held its annual Complaint Management Seminar on the morning of 1 December 2009. The seminar launched the findings of the ABI’s tenth annual Complaints Benchmarking Exercise and was held here at our offices in London.
The seminar presented an ideal opportunity for delegates to develop their understanding of good practice in the area of complaint management and how this can improve outcomes for customers. The programme for the seminar included speakers from the FOS, industry and consumer representatives and looked back on the improvements made in the area of complaints handling over the ten years of the ABI’s benchmarking exercise and also reflected on the likely challenges and developments over the next ten years.
