Claiming on your life savings or pensions policy

To make a claim on a life, savings or pension policy:

•  If you have the policy details and the contact details for the insurer you should approach them directly.

•  If you can not find the contact details for your insurer, the ABI may be able to help you get in touch with the relevant company. Contact us on 020 7216 7455 or use our company search facility.

•  If you have lost your policy details but think there may by a life, savings or pension policy on which you have a valid claim, you may wish to contact the Unclaimed Assets Register . Many insurers register unclaimed policies with the Unclaimed Assets Register. The Register will charge you a fee to do a search to check whether any policies have been registered in your name.
