Verification and Exchange of Information Forms

Last updated: 23/02/2011 12:41

The Association of British Insurers has agreements with a number of bodies on protocols for the use of letters and verification forms by solicitors or independent financial advisers in lieu of birth, death or marriage certificates.

General Insurers also have a Memorandum of Understanding on the Exchange of Information between the police and Loss Adjusters and Insurers.

The appropriate documents may be read or downloaded from the column on the right of this page.
