The Motor Insurance section contains statistics on premiums and claims, commission and expenses, change in provisions, equalisation reserves, underwriting result, operating ratios, and overseas data, for the UK and worldwide.  It also provides a breakdown of UK motor claims experience, statistics on motor claims frequency and on motor theft claims, and data on prices affecting motor insurance. Also included are annual claims statistics split by payment type, and claims development triangulations of bodily injury claims.  A data bulletin brings all these figures together to look at the market trends over an eleven year period.
