What are we doing?
With the aim of making our events more sustainable, we no-longer provide printed programmes at our in-person events. Instead, we provide delegates with an audience engagement tool which can be accessed from a phone/tablet for in person events and via our webinar platform for virtual events.
In addition, the ABI has committed to support the World Land Trust, who will plant a tree in a protected environment for each event ticket sold. In October 2021, we funded the planting of 1000 native trees, helping to restore tropical forests. The planting programme is currently working across Borneo, Brazil, Kenya and India.
