Daniel Gallon

Dan recently rejoined the ABI Tax team from Deloitte as Assistant Director, Head of Tax with effect from 1 January (having previously worked at the ABI between 2019 and 2021).

He has extensive experience covering all aspects of the insurance and long-term savings sector, working closely with many of the largest groups in the UK. He has a background in corporate tax, and extensive experience of policyholder tax issues. Dan is well known across the insurance sector to HMRC, HMT and industry alike and is looking forward to representing the ABI and the industry as a whole in his new role.
