Sacha Romanovitch OBE

Sacha is a business leader known for driving purposeful growth and cultural transformation. As the first female CEO of a major UK accounting firm, she led a groundbreaking strategy that helped elevate the firm to over £500 million in turnover, fostering a forward-thinking, purpose-driven culture. Her impact extends beyond corporate leadership; as CEO of Fair4All Finance, she established the UK’s leading financial inclusion organisation, tackling systemic challenges and enhancing financial resilience for millions.

In non-executive roles, Sacha has supported purpose-led growth on a global scale, serving on the Grant Thornton International board, as the first non-executive at Leapfrog Investments, and as a member of the government’s Levelling Up Advisory Council.
