Jane Rodrick, Customer Vulnerability, Lloyds Banking Group


Jane has been a part the Customer Vulnerability Team since 2016 and currently leads the external engagement with key stakeholders such as regulators, industry bodies and the 3rd sector to drive the customer vulnerability agenda both internally and externally, which includes domestic abuse, access to banking and affordable credit.  

Jane has over 30 years’ experience working in the Financial Services across a variety of disciplines including Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Customer Services, Delivery and Insurance.
