John Quinlan has been an ombudsman since 2012 and has also worked in training and relationship management at the service. He leads work on property insurance and is part of the insurance practice group.
John works on exam and syllabus setting for the Chartered Insurance Institute. He also acts as a Lay Member for HM Courts and Tribunals Service and has supported a local authority as an Independent Person.
