David is a Partner leading the Insurance Regulatory team and has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, specifically leading teams on large scale regulatory change and remediation programmes for insurance clients. David has significant experience in a variety of areas, including control function and oversight reviews, past business reviews and remediation, Treating Customer’s Fairly/Conduct Risk reviews, and regulatory relationship management. David has overseen a number of engagements assisting firms with their preparation for FCA’s visits and Thematic Reviews as well as supporting them with their responses. David also leads KPMG’s regulatory insurance propositions relating to Conduct of Business regulation and Governance, Risk and Compliance.
