Dom is Customer Engagement Lead for the Savings & Retirement business at Aviva. He has spent more than 20 years in Financial Services predominantly in Marketing and Proposition Development roles at Prudential, wrap platform Ascentric and Friends Life. He is currently focused on developing and implementing customer engagement strategies across Aviva’s multiple touchpoints and has also been leading the work to transform annual statements for customers on legacy systems. Dom is a member of the PLSA/ABI Cross Industry Steering Group on Simpler Annual Statements.
