Jackie Leiper took up her appointment as Distribution Director in January 2018. The role builds on her established strong relationships with financial advisers, employee benefits consultants and corporate clients to deliver the Group’s financial planning and retirement ambitions.
Previously Jackie has held roles such as Protection Director and Director of Corporate Pensions Relationships; a role which involved supporting over 4000 employers through Automatic Enrolment and developing the relationship strategy in a very turbulent market.
Jackie is passionate about gender equality and encouraging more women into senior roles in financial services, and is involved in a number of industry activities designed to improve women’s financial capability and resilience.
