Jenni leads the development and delivery of all the consumer information and advice published by Which?. Prior to this, Jenni had strategic responsibility for Which?’s work in relation to financial services, including policy and campaigns. Jenni’s career has focused on consumer research and information provision in the public and private sectors. Over the last ten years she has held a variety of senior roles at Which?.
