Emma is part of the Bank of England’s Climate Hub, which coordinates the Bank’s policy response to climate change and contributes to the Bank’s involvement in national and international initiatives. Previously she worked at the Dutch Central Bank and at the Permanent Mission of the Netherlands to the United Nations in New York. She holds a master’s degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
