Anthony started his career in IT as a software developer, but soon moved into the adviser software development and support space, eventually being appointed to the role of Head of E-Business, with responsibility for Skandia (later Old Mutual Wealth/Quilter) online tools and services.
Subsequent to this role, Anthony moved into the UK Client Service division and as Director of UK Customer Experience, assumed responsibility for Old Mutual Wealth’s outward facing client service activities delivered across all channels.
During 2016, Anthony was appointed to the role of Strategic Service Development Director across Old Mutual Wealth’s/Quilter’s businesses and is responsible for the development of the customer service strategy, customer experience, customer insights, digital, Lean and other areas which develop our people or technology capability in the service arena.
