Nathan is a Director in Deloitte’s Financial Services Tax team, specialising in the direct taxation of insurance companies. He has 15 years’ experience working in insurance taxation, including two years as the Group Tax Manager for a FTSE100 insurance group.
Nathan’s tax advisory experience covers group reorganisations, Part VII Transfers, fund structuring, outsourcing, reinsurance, tax loss planning and Solvency II. He also leads a number of corporate tax compliance and tax audit engagements.
Nathan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ACA).
