Peter Hayes is a tax specialist with over 25 years of experience with CIS and Royal London. He has provided support across the industry for many years through the ABI & AFM Tax Working Groups covering a range of both corporate and policyholder tax issues. He has experience in managing Part VII transfers, Schemes of Arrangement and cross border transactions to support the business through Brexit. He has supported a project within Royal London improving its risk and control framework and led the engagement for Royal London on HMRC’s BRR+ pilot project earlier this year.
