Richard is an economist and has previously worked within a boutique economics consulting firm and as a member of the Government Economic Service within Her Majesty’s Treasury. Richard specialises in transfer pricing policy setting, value chain analysis, implementing operating model change, IP valuation, and audit defence/ APA work within the financial services space.
