Daniella Jenkins joined The WOW Foundation in October 2019 as its first Executive Director, delivering global festivals to help promote gender equality. No stranger to insurance, she previously led change programmes including setting up the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme - a fund of last resort for asbestos liabilities, Chairing the Long Term Savings Transfers and Re-Registration working group, a Director of MedCo - a Government backed portal for whiplash medical reports as well as leading commercial digital transformation at Aviva for SME businesses. She is currently completing a PhD at King’s College London on the development of a gender equal pension.
