Paul Whiteing is currently Lead Ombudsman and Director of Casework with the Financial Ombudsman Service. Prior to that Paul was CEO of PhonepayPlus - the UK regulator for Premium Rate Services. His regulatory and consumer protection experience spans some 20 years.
Paul’s background has been gained in a variety of public bodies and agencies. He has worked as Contract Manager for the Legal Services Commission. And at the Housing Corporation he led performance reviews of all types of housing association.
