Raluca has been the ABI’s Assistant Director, Head of Conduct Regulation, since April 2018. She has been with the ABI since 2010, doing a variety of roles: European Affairs Policy Adviser, Conduct Regulation Manager and Assistant Director for Health and Protection Policy.
Prior to joining the ABI, she worked for two years for the Recruitment and Employment Confederation as a Policy & PR Advisor. She started her career working for three years as Research Assistant in the House of Commons.
Raluca holds a master's degree in International Relations from the LSE and a BA (Hons) in European Studies (French) from Royal Holloway, University of London. As part of these studies she also spent one year in Strasbourg, working as Research Assistant to a UK MEP and doing a Certificate in European Political Studies at Sciences Po Strasbourg.
