Jamie joined Fidelity in 2016 and leads the customer and proposition activities for UK Personal Investing, the part of the business that serves the needs of self-directed investors supporting customers and their families build stronger financial futures. In this role, he is accountable for the overall customer proposition and development and of the end to end customer experience In addition, Jamie is Fidelity’s lead on open finance and aggregation capabilities and is a member of the TISA Open Savings and Investment steering committee.
Prior to joining Fidelity in 2016, Jamie most recently served as Head of Customer and proposition for Direct Investing at Barclays Bank plc and before that Jamie held senior marketing and strategy roles in Banking and international asset management.
