His role within HL’s digital department involves exploring disruptive trends across the financial services industry, facilitating internal innovation initiatives and responsibility for HL’s digital strategy.
As part of this, Phil works closely with technology and several key products including digital identity. Phil is the lead point for engagement with industry bodies and FinTech in the open data space, helping HL to keep on top of the rapid pace of change in technology and client expectations.
