As Chief Finance Officer for BINS and BISL Fiona is an Executive member of the Board and Chair of the Investment Committee. BINS is the UK’s largest health insurer and a leading provider of international health insurance providing medical cover to 2.7m customers worldwide. As Bupa’s Director of Capital Management, Fiona led the Group’s implementation of Solvency II. Since joining Bupa in 1993 she has held a variety of leadership positions across the UK Health Insurance business including pricing, sales, commercial and P&L roles.
Fiona is a Director of Bupa's Pension Scheme Trust and was appointed Chair of the Association of British Insurers Health Committee in 2019.
Fiona holds a Graduate Diploma in Statistics with Economics and Econometrics from The Royal Statistical Society and has completed the Corporate Finance Executive Programme at the London Business School.
