Michael O’Donnell qualified in medicine in 1975 at Manchester University. After working in hospital and general practice for 9 years he moved to Occupational Medicine at Sellafield where he underwent a four-year training programme.
He has worked in a number of senior positions in the Middle East and the UK. He has experience at a senior level in all employment sectors.
Hi most relevant positions have been Honorary Visiting Professor in Occupational Health at Salford University between 2004 and 2017. Chief Medical Officer Unum UK 2002-2010 and Chief Medical Officer Cirencester Friendly Society from 2017 to now.
