Alison is both the General Counsel of Aviva’s Life and General Insurance, as well as being the Data Protection Officer in the UK. Alison joined Aviva in 2017 and before Aviva, worked at Legal & General, Bupa and Allen & Overy. As part of Alison’s Data Protection Officer role, she works alongside a number of data privacy specialists at Aviva from a governance, legal and operational process perspective, as well as oversees a number of strategic data privacy projects.
