Matt was appointed Director of General Insurance and Conduct Specialists in January 2020 following four years as Head of the CEO’s office at the FCA. Prior to that, Matt worked at the Bank of England for 15 years, most recently in Supervision at the PRA. He also worked on the Bank’s response to the financial crisis and the transition from the FSA to the FCA and PRA.
