Zoe is the Chief Risk Officer for Bupa’s UK and International Insurance business. She joined Bupa in 2014, and previously held senior risk positions with Prudential UK. She has extensive experience in building and developing risk, governance and conduct frameworks and leading regulatory compliance. In 2016 she became a Non-Executive Director at the Market Harborough Building Society where she is the Chair of the Risk Committee.
