Carl is Head of Underwriting and Claims at Pacific Life Re in the Europe BU. He has been in the life and reinsurance industry for over 25 years. Having been diagnosed with depression in 2013, Carl is passionate about mental health, both in the work place and in the protection industry. Carl is a member of the ABI Mental Health Working Group, as well as chair of LUCID and is also on the AMUS Committee too.
