Bethan is a qualified accountant and chartered tax adviser and has worked in Professional Services for more than 12 years, initially specialising in employment tax, before becoming part of the People Advisory team in 2018.
Bethan uses her employment tax experience to understand the challenges that employers face in respect of their people, due to continually evolving legislation. She is passionate about supporting clients to manage the impact of this and develop opportunities from the changes that are imposed on them, rather than see them as a burden.
Within the team Bethan supports clients with innovative solutions and approaches around employment status, talent & skills, and diversity & inclusion.
