Loïc is a partner with PwC and has specialised in transfer pricing for over 20 years. Loïc concentrates on the financial sector, where he leads PwC’s financial services transfer pricing team globally.
Within the sector, Loïc spends most of his time advising insurers, supporting European groups, as well as Bermudan and other North American insurers. Loïc’s clients are life and general insurers including run-off and Lloyds businesses. They also include brokers and MGAs.
Loïc’s experience includes managing large, complex global TP assignments, covering all key TP issues, including reinsurance and retrocession pricing, intellectual property, intragroup financing and branch profit attribution. Loïc also has extensive experience in advance agreements, dispute resolution, as well as associated international tax issues such as permanent establishment and Diverted Profits Tax.
