Louise Sykes is Head of Transfer Pricing at AXA XL, having previously led TP functions in the banking and technology sectors. In the post-BEPS world she is particularly focused on transparency, consistency, implementation and ensuring that TP is grounded in the business. Louise has over 15 years in-house tax experience, specialising in supporting business and finance colleagues, audit/PE defence and APAs. She finds herself increasingly looking at unilateral taxes such as DPT and BEAT, as well as anticipating the new OECD digital taxes.
