Mel is a Partner in our People Consulting Practice in the UK which advises our clients on workforce, change management, learning and HR solutions, designed to address their key people and talent issues and drive business performance. Mel’s particular areas of focus are Organisational Change and Workforce Transformation. Mel has worked across industry sectors with extensive experience in Financial Services specifically. Mel has over 30 years of experience, working mainly in global professional services organisations prior to KPMG. Mel leads KPMG’s Workforce Transformation and IDE propositions and is an active sponsor of diversity programmes across KPMG. She regularly speaks at industry events on both the WT and IDE agendas.
