Rob joined Admiral in December 2015 and initially led the development of the claims proposition for Admiral’s directly underwritten Van product. Following that he became Head of Procurement in June 2016 and in doing so set up Admiral’s first dedicated supplier management function. In July 2018 he was appointed in a newly formed role, Head of Business Support, that brought together a mix of operational, support and technology functions, with responsibility for >500 staff.
He retains responsibility for all of Admiral’s external facing activity including the repair network and the wider supply chain of over 500 suppliers.
Prior to joining Admiral spent over 15 years with ERS in a variety of senior claims roles based in Swansea and London.
Rob was appointed to the Thatcham Board as a Non-Executive Director in March 2018.
He is married with one son.
