Will leads the first line risk and compliance function for Ecclesiastical’s UK general insurance business. This involves promoting a culture of compliance and risk-awareness, providing assurance and advice to the rest of the leadership team and responding to emerging risks and regulatory change. Ecclesiastical Insurance is part of the Ecclesiastical Group, an independent, specialist financial services group that exists to give its profits to charity.
Will joined Ecclesiastical in 2014 having spent eleven years in the Lloyd’s market, initially in underwriting and claims and later working for Lloyd’s on the Claims Transformation Programme. He has a particular interest in data protection and conduct regulation issues in general insurance.
