Charlie is a Manager for Protection and Health in the Policy Directorate. He has led work on genetics and insurance, use of medical information and access to insurance, amongst others. He joined the ABI in 2014 from Parliament where he was a speechwriter and researcher for Guy Opperman MP in the House of Commons. Charlie has a BA Hons in Ancient and Medieval History from Swansea University.
