Chris Fitch is Vulnerability Lead at the Money Advice Trust, a Research Fellow at the University of Bristol, and was previously Head of Policy and a Research Fellow at the Royal College of Psychiatrists, and a Researcher at Imperial College Medical School.
To date, Chris’s current programme has undertaken work on consumer vulnerability with more than 300 firms, 30,000 staff, and across the financial service, essential service, retail, and government sectors. He also hosts the podcast series ‘Vulnerability Matters’ (available on Spotify, iTunes, and Soundcloud).
