Christina joined LV= in 2019 as Head of Customer Experience and Vulnerable Customer Champion.
Previously, she was Head of Customer Experience at Quilter and held various operational roles at Old Mutual Wealth (previously Skandia)
Christina is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and has won industry awards for her work in customer experience. She also judges at various industry awards in both the UK and internationally. Her passion is linking colleague engagement with customer engagement to create the best possible experience for customers.
Christina represents LV= on a number of Industry working groups.
