Prior to joining KPMG as a Partner, Lulu worked as an insurance executive and has over 20 years’ experience in broking and underwriting. Lulu previously oversaw AIG’s strategic initiatives, including leading all aspects of the development and execution of AIG’s Brexit solution (covering business, operational, regulatory, and legal entity). She has strong regulatory management experience working with the Federal Reserve Bank NY, PRA, FCA and European Regulators. Her previous experience includes leading global operations and directing large scale, international strategic transformation initiatives with major insurance carriers and brokers. Prior to joining the insurance sector, Lulu worked for PwC as a director in the Corporate Transformation practice.
