Rob is Head of Conduct & Client service at Hargreaves Lansdown and has 1st line responsibility for conduct risk across the HL Group. Rob is Chair of the HL Vulnerable Clients Steering Committee, which sets and overseas HL’s approach to ensuring good outcomes for vulnerable clients, and also has oversight of the complaints and client communications functions. He sits on the HL Management and Operations Committees and senior leadership group.
