For the last 2 and a half years Jeremy has been the Commercial Director & Product Owner for the General Insurance business. He is responsible for the commercial performance of the GI business with a focus on the definition and execution of the strategy, trading performance and leading the business transformation through the newly formed GI lab. Jeremy’s role is broad and challenging and helps ensure alignment between Insurance & Wealth and Group Transformation. Alongside his day to day accountabilities, the Growing Talent workstream, a group of senior colleagues from across the division who aim to address one of our key cultural priorities.
Prior to his currently role, Jeremy performed a number of roles including Head Of Home Insurance, where he established a trading function to leverage the capability that our strategic replatforming had provided and Head Of Motor Insurance where he grew customer numbers by over 100%, through the successful delivery of an ambitious acquisition plan which leveraged key brand, distribution and data assets.
Jeremy is married with 5 daughters, ranging from school (Reception) to university ages and is West Yorkshire based.
