Carol leads the UK insurance tax practice at KPMG. She has specialised in insurance tax since joining KPMG in 1999. Her clients span the range of the market from London market, insurance brokers, to life insurers. Her experience covers a wide variety of areas including, mergers and acquisitions, post deal integration, international tax matters (recent focus on Pillar 2), Brexit restructuring, product tax matters, and tax advice in relation to various accounting, regulatory and capital matters. Out of work she is a “very reluctant” runner and a Bristol City football club season ticket holder.
