Chrissie Freear leads our Financial Services R&D Tax Credit team and has over 14 years’ experience in Financial Services R&D claims having been involved in agreeing some of the largest R&D claims in the sector. Having started her tax career in Cambridge working with a number of high-tech businesses, Chrissie moved into supporting financial services businesses understand how R&D and Patent Box claims can apply to their technology investment programmes. Through years of working with companies from across the financial services sector, Chrissie has a deep understanding of how businesses can optimise their claim process and ensure robust claims which stand up to scrutiny.
