Christopher Riffle, Director, PwC

Christopher is a Director in the New York Global Structuring Financial Services practice. He has been with the firm for nine years serving financial services clients in the insurance, banking, and alternative investment space.

Christopher advises clients in addressing international tax matters such as tax planning for cross-border acquisitions, dispositions and reorganizations, withholding taxes, permanent establishment issues, treaty interpretation, global effective tax rate planning, foreign tax credits, controlled foreign corporations, subpart F income, GILTI, passive foreign investment companies, BEAT, and effectively connected income.

Christopher earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Arizona State University, a J.D. from University of Arizona College of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
