Martin has worked for EY since May 2017 where he has worked with a broad range of insurance clients on transfer pricing projects. Prior to that he worked for HMRC for 28 years the last 10 as a leader in Financial Services Transfer Pricing and Mutual Agreement Procedure.
Over the last three years Martin has supported a group of clients in drafting responses to consultations and engaging with the OECD secretariat to present the case for the unique challenges faced by the insurance industry posed by the financial transactions transfer pricing guidance in chapter 10 and the BEPS 2.0 project.
