Nick is a director in the Insurance Transformation practice and works on strategic change including business planning, growth opportunities, cost reduction and operating model transformation. He has been working on operational resilience since 2018, and his experience also covers claims, distribution and broking. Prior to KPMG, he worked at the Pru, AXA and RAC as well as private-equity owned firms in a variety of commercial director and MD positions. He also has extensive operational and transformation experience from other sectors outside FS and is able to bring best-of-breed business practices into the insurance sector.
