Caroline has over 16 years’ experience in financial services regulation. She joined RSA’s Regulatory Compliance team in 2011 and during her time there has been closely involved in RSA’s response to regulatory developments. In her current role as Senior Horizon Scanning Manager, Caroline is responsible for identifying regulatory developments that will impact RSA from a range of regulators, not least the FCA and PRA, analysing and communicating their impact on RSA, as well as lobbying the regulators via consultation responses and other regulatory engagement. Prior to joining RSA, Caroline began her career at the Financial Services Authority, where she undertook roles in insurance supervision and financial education.
