Caroline Johnson is Technical Claims Director at LV=, part of Allianz Personal. She has been with LV= since 2013, prior to which she worked at RSA in a variety of claims roles for 17 years.
Caroline started her career in 1992 in the legal profession and by 1996 had progressed to Head of Civil Litigation in her firm. In May 1996 she embarked on a career in Insurance with RSA where she worked and developed in a number of roles. In January 2006, Caroline took on the role of Head of Technical Claims for RSA Motability. In January 2012, Caroline moved into the role of Head of Commercial Technical Claims covering a broad range of products including Property, Engineering, Casualty and Marine. In July 2013, Caroline joined LV= where she embarked on the role of Head of Property and Casualty Claims and in June 2014 moved to Director of Motor Third Party and Technical Claims. In November 2020, Caroline became Technical Claims Director for Motor and Property.
