Fred is Senior Policy & Communications Adviser at IPSE (the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed), the only not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to the UK’s 4.2 million self-employed. Since joining in 2021, Fred has supported IPSE with its campaigns on employment issues, tax policy and financial wellbeing, including long term savings in the self-employed sector. Fred has a BA in Politics and an MA in Public Policy & Public Management from the University of East Anglia.
